Childhood Cancer Survivors needed

<b>We are looking for survivors of childhood cancer who:
<br> <br>

Are between the ages of 11 and 30<br>
Were diagnosed with cancer at the age of 12 or under <br>

Were diagnosed with cancer at least 5 years ago <br>

Are no longer receiving treatment</b> <br>

Participants will be asked to complete a one hour interview pertaining to health related quality of life, and may be asked to complete a follow up interview. Interviews will be conducted by researchers in London, Ontario, and will take place in person or over the phone, at no cost to participants. <br>

All information will be kept confidential.
